About

The Keith Childress Golf League is a fun handicap league for all ages played at Tara Hills golf course in Papillion Nebraska. It consists of 28 2-man teams and has a 20 week schedule (plus championship and awards days) and goes from the middle of April through the middle of September. The league includes two free steak nights and has pin prizes each week. The league is named after Earl Keith Childress who golfed on the league for over 30 years and managed the league for over 20 years. Keith was known as a very good golfer who could easily be identified with his bright grean, yellow or orange pants and wood putter. His putter is now displayed as part of the league championship trophy.
